AP Create accounting program ending with below error:

An Internal Error Has Occurred In The Program XLA_00200_AAD_C_011137_PKG.EventClass_281. ORA-01403:
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the problematic AP invoice created under Turkey OU.
2. Try to account the same.
3. Notice the error message.

Due to this issue, users cannot account the invoice resulting into period close delays.
