On : 12.2.7 version, Source Line Transfer

When attempting to make a Source Line Transfer, the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-OFA-48392:You cannot perform the transaction since the balancing segment value is not assigned to the ledger.
Please assign the balancing segment value to the ledger or use a different balancing segment ledger

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Assets > Asset Workbench
Source line transfer asset

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete source line transfer.
