WebADI: Web Applications Desktop Integrator

Symptoms

After setting up a new custom responsibility and a new custom menu to access the Currency Rates Manager, the following error occurs when attempting to create a Daily Rates Web Applications Desktop Integration (WebADI) template:

ERROR
-----------------------
You do not have permission to access this functionality.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Custom Responsibility > Custom Menu > Currency Rates Manager > Daily Rates
2. Click (B) Create in Spreadsheet.
3. Error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Users are unable to upload daily rates using a WebADI template.
