Stuck Transactions in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE - 'LC_INTERFACED' (Doc ID 2612706.1)

User found stuck rows in the rcv_transactions_interface with TRANSACTION_STATUS_CODE as 'PENDING' and PROCESSING_STATUS_CODE as 'LC_INTERFACED'.

But after some time, when User submitted the shipment transaction manually from Landed Cost Management responsibility, stuck transaction got processed.
