While Applying Patch 26834480 (R12.AD.C.Delta.11) Adop Fails With Error ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE (Doc ID 2613090.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Patch Application Issues: ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE when attempting to apply AD Delta 11 patch for file ADZDMVB.pls
