AU: Terminated Employee is not Picked Up in the STP Archive when Processed with Pay Event (Doc ID 2614870.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Terminated employee is not processed in the STP archive with Pay event after processing ETP payments, but processed in STP archive with Update event.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Terminate employee.
     e.g.
     Actual Termination Date: 6/28/2019
     Last Standard Process Date: 6/28/2019
     Final Process Date : 12/31/4712
  2.  Create element entry on period 26 2019 Bi-Week (06/15/2019 - 06/28/2019)
     ETP on Termination.Redundancy Payment: 1000
     Pay ETP Components: Yes
  3.  Run Payroll for 26 2019 Bi-Week
  4.  Run "Single Touch Payroll Archive" for Financial Year 2019/2020, Pay Period 6/29/2019 - 7/12/2019
  5.  Terminated employee is not listed in the validation report
