End Placement Function For Contingent Workers Missing For Canadian Legislation (Doc ID 2615308.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to end placement for a Contingent Worker using the CA HRMS Manager or the CA Super HRMS Manager responsibility, the End Placement function is not located under the Others button under People > Enter & Maintain.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to end placement for Contingent Workers using the Canadian HRMS responsibilities.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CA HRMS Manager or CA Super HRMS Manager
2. People
3. Enter & Maintain
4. Query up a Contingent Worker
5. Click on Others button
6. End Placement is not in the list of values to select
