When attempting to enter costing information on an element link or assignment costing details, an error is received.

APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create an element link with costing information and attempt to save. Error is displayed.

OR

Enter assignment costing allocation.
