Symptoms

What-If Depreciation Report is showing wrong depreciation amount for Depreciation Method using NBV basis(like JP-DB XXYR) with back-dated DPIS at the last period of 1st fiscal year.

Condition


Steps to Reproduce
*Calendar is beginning of January

1.  2017-01 *** Addition

    Cost                       : 240000
    YTD depreciation           : 0
    Accumulated depreciation   : 0
    Date in Service            : 01-DEC-2016
    Depreciation method        : JP-DB 3YR (.536)
    Salvage value              : 10% (=24000)
    Depreciation limit amount  : 95%


2.  2017-01 *** Run Depreciation and go to the next period

3.  2017-02 *** Check the asset

    Cost                       : 240000
    YTD depreciation           : 20961
    Accumulated depreciation   : 20961
    Date in Service            : 01-DEC-2016
    Depreciation method        : JP-DB 3YR (.536)
