Encumbrance Detail Report (XML) Fails Due to Timed Out Waiting For The Output Post-Processor (Doc ID 2616541.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Encumbrance Detail Report (XML), request finished with Warning and in the log following message can be seen:


Message

The concurrent manager has timed out waiting for the Output Post-processor to finish this request.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Purchasing Responsibility > Requests > Submit a new Request
2. Select Name = Encumbrance Detail Report (XML) > select Operating Unit
3. Enter as parameters Account From, Accounts To, Dynamic Precision Option = 5 > Submit the request
4. After long time request finished with Warning
