On the Award Screen the Supplier Contact Field Should Be Free Form Text Entry With No Validation (Doc ID 2617413.1)

Goal

On an award header, the Supplier Contact field is validated against the supplier record with the search and select feature.

However, because most CLM customers do not use iSupplier or similar, supplier contacts are rarely created in the system.

This field should allow free text input, just like the Supplier Contact on the solicitation side does.

The current functionality forces the buyer to almost always leave the field blank, eliminating its usefulness.
