Symptoms

On R12.2.6 env, when Bne OOXML profile option is set to No,several users downloaded DIF using same custom integrator but one user downloaded the sheet without Oracle Ribbon menu but contains AddIns menu, AND the sheet is Unprotected. The other users downloaded the sheet without issue and therefore the Oracle Ribbon menu is displayed and the sheet is Protected as defined in the Layout setup having sheet protection enabled.
