Symptoms
On R12.2.6 env, creating document with a custom integrator where the layout is defined with 284 columns, the created document will sometimes show only 256 columns [From A to IV], and the created WebADI sheet has ".xls" extension instead of ".xlsm". Choosing the same custom integrator and recreate the WebADI document will download as ".xlsm" which contains 284 columns in line region [From A to KP].
