Action History Does Not Show The Approve Action When AME Approved, When No Rule Applied

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

View action History for an Auto approved PO does not capture the "APPROVE" Action.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Expect the action history to show the "approve" action along with the submit action.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using AME we are setting up rules to make a PO AutoApprove for a certain document amount limit.
2. Once the Approved status is attained on the PO, we observe that the Submit Action is captured, but the Approve action is not captured in the View Action History.
3. If the Approve action is taken by an Approver (Another user), then we can see the Approve action captured as per the standard functionality.
