While trying to create an Award through Import CLM Awards Seeded Program, The column CLM_SPECIAL_CONTRACT_TYPE in the PO_HEADERS Table is not getting populated even though this  Column in the PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE table is populated with a value


STEPS TO REPLICATE THE ISSUE
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Contract Lifecycle Management Module.
2. Set field CLM_SPECIAL_CONTRACT_TYPE in PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE Table with value (and any other necessary tables/fields)
3. PO_HEADERS table is not being updated with this value
