Goal
When the user changes the DFF setting to mandatory, Required descriptive flexfield (DFF) has been set at the invoice header level.
However, the DFF does not have to be required for past invoices.
If you save without filling in the required fields, the following error will be displayed.
APP-FND-01023: The Following Required Field Does Not Have A Value: (Field Name)
Is there a way to enable it only for invoices created from a certain date?
