Goal

Create a Vacation / Routing Rule for Workflow if Manager or HR Supervisor will be taking an extended absence. This would be used if the Supervisor wants someone else to approve notifications while they are absent. The notifications are only sent to this delegated approver during the date range specified within the Routing Rule.
