Process Flow for Baselining the Financial Plan: |
Step 1: Picking relevant financial plan type. |
Step 1.1: Choosing the financial plan Type for cost and revenue are the same. |
Step 1.3 Choosing the Revenue Only financial plan Type |
Step 1.4 Choosing the financial plan type for cost and revenue are different. |
Step 2: Process flow in the Package: PA_FIN_PLAN_PUB.baseline |
Step 2.1: Raise an Error when no budget is selected while baselining |
Step 2.2: Raise an Error when no employee record is found in HRMS. |
Step 2.3: Check if Provided Budget version we are setting as Current Version has already updated. |
Step 2.4: Check if Provided Baselined Version is updated by any User. |
Step 2.5: Choose plan type based on Step 3 and Step 4 |
Step 2.6: Logic If Financial plan type = ‘ORG_FORECAST’ |
Step 2.7: Logic if financial plan type is not Org Forecast |
Step 2.8: Check For one Baselined Version before baselining the current version. |
Step 2.9: Extract count of Budgetary Control defined at project level. |
Step 2.10: Check for multiple budgetory control is enabled for the project for same plan type |
Step 2.11: Business logic if only one budgetary control is enabled. |
