Actual Behavior
Find after applying Patch 22644544, automatic discount is not applied. It worked before Patch 22644544.

Expected Behavior
Expect automatic discount is applied.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create new order and enter line.
  2. Automatic discount is not applied.
