Email Body Is Blank in Iem_ms_mimemsgs If Msg Part Includes Content-id

Detailed Note tab in SR form is blank for new emails sent by Field agents from iOS mobile devices.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
From iOS mobile devices (phones), Field agents open the SR URL sent to them.
They either reply or compose a new email using their mobile device email client (usually MS Outlook).
This email gets downloaded by Email Center.
But the SR form - Notes - Detailed Note is blank for new emails that were composed by the agent. But works fine for replied emails.
