Getting Error When Trying To Create Payment Line With Negative Amount With One Time Frequency (Doc ID 2623021.1)

Symptoms

When entering a payment term on an equipment lease, getting error "Actual amount should be greater than Smallest Term Amount defined in System Options".

System Option has the smallest Term Amount set as -1.
