ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When user XXXXXX attempt to switch proxy by selecting an Ex-employee results in a forced login page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When user XXXXXX attempt to switch proxy it should:

Not allow one to select ex-employees.

  Or
  
The status of the employee or ex-employee should be visible to indicate who is active and who is not.

  Or

Prompt with a message Warning her that this is an inactive employee.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  XXXXXX logs in.
2. Click on the Switch User icon on the Menu bar.
3. Select the user and automatically the login page appears.
