R12: AP: Line Description Is Not Displayed in the Distributions Window of the Invoice Workbench (Doc ID 2623245.1)

On R12, Invoice workbench
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When query the existing invoice in the ENTRY menu(N: Invoices > Entry > Invoices), the LINE DESCRIPTION value is displayed in distributions window.
However, for the same invoice in INQUIRY menu(N: Invoices > Inquiry > Invoices), the LINE DESCRIPTION is not displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

LINE DESCRIPTION in distributions window should be displayed both ENTRY and INQUIRY menu.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Payables(AP) responsibility,
    Navigate to Invoices > Inquiry > Invoices
2. Query the invoice > Distributions
3. Line description is blank
