Symptoms
When attempting to add a customer on the project contract line the following error occurs:

FRM-41091: Cannot find LOV: invalid ID
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project contracts responsibility > Contract workbench > open contract number having the issue
2. Click on the contract line1 > Parties and Contacts tab > click on the field "Name"
3. Error occurs
