Why Is the Quotation Form Not Opening From RFQ When A Quotation Is Created? (Doc ID 2624875.1)

Goal

When creating a standard RFQ and status active, selecting Special:Copy Doc into a Standard Quotation for an Entire RFQ it creates the Quotation, however the Quotation form never appears
