APP-PAY-06867 and "Payroll not found" Errors When Running QuickPay or Payroll Process (Doc ID 2625953.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

QuickPay or Payroll Process fails with the following error.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run QuickPay or Payroll Process
  2.  Request fails with the error
