Purchase Order Revisions Created By Control Actions Not Visible In Action History (Doc ID 2627314.1)

Goal

Purchase Order (PO) Revisions Created By Special Control Are Not In Action History when control actions are performed at line or shipment level

Steps to reproduce with An Example:

1. Create a purchase order with 3 lines for same item number save and approved the PO

2. Navigate to the purchase order summery form--> view action history
seq 0 submit Rev 0
seq 1 approve Rev 0

3. Create a revision by modifying a line
find po number XX
on line 3 change the quantity than
save (you create a new revision and you need to reaprove the order )

4. Navigate to purchase order / purchase order summary
Find Po number XX
Delete line 1 : cursor on line 1
control -> cancel po line
Message : control action is completed requery to see changes

5 - To see the problem : navigate again to purchase order / purchase order summary
Find PO XX
the revision is 2
the approval status is approved
Special view action history :there is nothing about revision 2
And if new revision 3 is created and document re-approved then information about revision3 0,1 ,3 can be seen but nothing about revision 2 .
