Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Asset Capitalization

When running CUP for Release 12.2.0 the following error occurred

Creating ORACLE usernames for products...
AutoPatch is creating or updating the ORACLE username GHG
with password ***** for Oracle Environmental Accounting and Reporting tables.
Granting privileges for tablespaces...
AutoPatch error:
The following ORACLE error:
ORA-01918: user 'FPA' does not exist
occurred while executing the SQL statement:
alter user FPA quota unlimited on APPS_TS_QUEUES
AutoPatch error:
Failed updating database
AutoPatch error:
Failed AutoSplicing new applprod.txt
AutoPatch error:
Failed applying new applprod.txt (if any)
 

ERROR:
ORA-01918: user 'FPA' does not exist
