When attempting to open Preferences on iProcurement, the following error occurs:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NumberFormatException

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login as iProcurement
  2. Click Preferences menu from setting icon on the right top
  3. Faces above error
