Message code map description does not allow more than 50 chars

Customer using the description field of the message code map table. The length of the "description" field in the "message_code_map" table is VARCHAR2(255 chars) but the application will not allow to enter more than 50 characters only.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Message code map description should allow more than 50 chars. The length of the "description" field in the "message_code_map" table is VARCHAR2(255 chars) .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Business Process Automation-->Power Data--> Event Management-->Message Code Maps
2. Click On New And description doesn't allow more than 50 characters
