Unable To Add Extended Attributes Using Form Extended Attributes (Doc ID 2629360.1)

User is trying to add Extended Attributes using Form Extended Attributes and the value is not fetched.

Please follow the steps below;

1. Log onto E-Business Responsibility - Oracle Install Base Admin
2. Navigate Setups > Extended Attribute Template
3. Click on Inventory Item
4. Select Org Name and Select the Item Master Organization
5. Input Item Number
6. Press TAB and the search LOV will appear and item is not found
