How to re-set Profile Option 'Forms Runtime Parameters'?

Goal
Unable to open the application, whenever clicking on any form from web responsibility menu it tries to open the
application the following error is encountered:
FRM-90926: Duplicate parameter on command line
it started to happen after after following below steps:
a. system administrator > profile options > query up 'Forms Runtime Parameters'
set the value = 'record=collect' at user level (without quotes)
b. Save this change and logout of applications
Can not change the profile back to original from application as the application is not opening after updating this value and bouncing the system.
How to remove that value back to original?
