ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Ex Employees displayed when restrict on individual assignments selected for a security profile
STEPS
---------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HRMS Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Security > Profile
3. Created a new security profile using organization hierarchy.
4. Run Security List Maintenance
5. Security profile is mapped to a responsibility using HR: Security Profile
6. Observed that, Ex-employee records are restricted from responsibility.
7. Now update the security profile, by enabling Restrict on Individual Assignments
8. Run Security List Maintenance
9. Noticed that, ex-employee records are displayed from responsibility who are not part of the assigned Organization Hierarchy.
