Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version,

Interface Trip Stop is completing with warning due to message at time of order entry and booking
LINE_PROCESSING_MESSAGES SHOW

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_PUB Procedure UPDATE_NOTICE

Customer states all was working fine until today
When they noticed stuck pending shipping transactions for 9 orgs


Customer states they are applying patches - Specifically customer is running ONLINE PATCH CONCURRENT PROGRAM to perform upgrade from rel 12.2.4 to 12.2.8. This process has been running since 1/10/2020 but customers DBA does not know when it will complete
Customer does have customizations as well -

Turned off customizations and re ran ITS but this did not resolve
Spoke with DBA and cannot stop the concurrent program

 The issue is only in Production as same data does not exist in test

3.Interfaces
4.Run
