On : 12.2.4 version, iProcurement

Patch 30673837 is failing on icx_worklist_req_apprv_conf_list.ldt with the
following error

Error calling FNDLOAD function.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patch 30673837
2. Patch fails in error in adwork002.log
