Discovered DFF Compiling With Error In R12.2.8 EBS (Doc ID 2632025.1)

Symptoms

When Running ADADMIN to compile All descriptive flexfields it aborted with error.

Application Id: 201
   Short Name: PO
         Name: Purchasing
Flexfield Name: PON_AUC_PRICES_EXT_ATTRS
        Title: Auction Item Price Extension Attributes

Compilation aborted for current descriptive flexfield...

APP-FND-00854: FDFBDF: Cannot find descriptive column information.
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in FDFBCO

Cause: FDFBCO failed due to ORA-01403: no data found.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was:  and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
