Symptoms

Employee had an address change on January 6, 20XX

User date tracks to December 31, of the previous year or earlier to do balance adjustments or other transactions


Concurrent request Employee W2 Report is submitted by the user


The new address for the employee is NOT printed on the W2. Old address is printed.
