Symptoms
When planning a multi-leg console shipment, Order Release "Service Provider Constraint" Not Considered during planning.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an itinerary with "Charter Voyage" as a primary leg.
2. Create an Order release and keep a "service provider" in the order release constraint
3. Make sure to have multiple service provider available for the primary leg planning
4. Plan the order release and check the service provider assigned for the vessel shipment
