Symptoms

While using the Database Migration Assistant for Unicode Tool (DMU) to help convert from US7ASCII to AL32UTF, special characters were found in the field cost_burden_distributed_flag in the table pa_expenditure_items_all.  A datafix is needed to correct these items before the conversion can be done.
