How to Correct Posted Revaluation Journal Created for Incorrect Account Range (Doc ID 2633005.1)

Revaluation was initially run and posted for too large of an account range. When attempt to rerun the Revaluation for a smaller account range, a new journal is not created.
Journal is not created because all desired accounts have been included in the original revaluation journal and has been posted.

For Example, Revaluation was initially run with the following account range:
Account Low = 01.1000.0000.0000.00.0000
Account High = 01.9999.9999.9999.99.9999

Correct High Account range should have been: 01.2999.0000.0000.00.0000.
