Interface Trip Stop concurrent process.

For some internal order's shipments, when the trip is closed, it submits the Interface trip stop request but the request ends in warning. When we re run the ITS Request manually with Debug level 5, we found from the log file that one of shipment line item was not on the price list. We have added the Item to a price list (The price list that appears on the sales order) and run the ITS Request and it has completed normal and delivery and trip got closed.

The problem is why we have to add item to the price list for internal orders. For all other items, the price is being taken from STD Cost. This is not happening to only one item. We found this is happening frequently and we are adding the items to the pricelist when ever we see the problem. So far we have added about 25 items to the price list
