Symptoms
When attempting to change the effective date in the Assignment form, the following error occurs.

FRM-41045: Cannot find item: invalid ID.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the HR responsibility being used, e.g. US HR Manager.
3. Navigate to People-> Enter and Maintain.
4. Query an employee.
5. Click the Assignment button.
6. Change the effective date of the session.
7. Click the OK button.
