Adop Cutover Phase failure due to HTTP Server port (Doc ID 2633613.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run adop phase cutover, the following error occurs:

Oracle HTTP Server is configured to run on a privileged port.[WARNING]   Permission for <base_location>/FMW_Home/webtier/ohs/bin/.apachectl is not set properly[WARNING]   Oracle HTTP Server will not start properly[WARNING]   Kindly log in as root and run below commands[WARNING]   chown root <base_location>/FMW_Home/webtier/ohs/bin/.apachectl[WARNING]   chmod 6750 <base_location>/FMW_Home/webtier/ohs/bin/.apachectl[STATEMENT] Please run adopscanlog utility, using the command"adopscanlog -latest=yes"to get the list of the log files along with snippet of the error message corresponding to each log file.adop exiting with status = 1 (Fail)stty: standard input: Inappropriate ioctl for device :failed</ResultString>

 Applied multiple patches in the online patching cycle.
