Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Patch fails loading HR_ADP_ASSIGNMENT_ACTION_TAB.xdf with the following error.

Applying XDF file : /.../appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/xdf/HR_ADP_ASSIGNMENT_ACTION_TAB.xdf

Table Name is HR_ADP_ASSIGNMENT_ACTION
Table exists in the target database
Checking for differences
Number of columns for the table in the xml file is 5
The table HR_ADP_ASSIGNMENT_ACTION is missing the column ZD_EDITION_NAME
