ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Variance in total balances in AR Standard Aging Report when run with parameter "Report Summary" as Customer Summary or Invoice Summary for closed period

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Report total balance should always match in every run with parameter "Report Summary" either as Customer Summary or Invoice Summary 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Aging Report with parameter  "Report Summary" either as Customer Summary or Invoice Summary
