Symptoms

Creating new ASL with Consigned from Supplier Flag enabled by calling the API ( po_asl_api_pub.create_update_asl) and getting below error.
Consigned from Supplier Flag cannot be checked if vendor site is not entered or It is a Commodity ASL or Item is not stackable/transactable
