Contract Cannot be Opened From the Desired Contracts Responsibility (Doc ID 263557.1)

Symptoms

 A contract exists, but cannot be seen from the Service Contracts Manager responsibility.

Using the Service Contracts Manager responsibility:
1. Navigate to Launch Contracts.
2. Select the flashlight icon to search for a contract.
3. The contract appears in the list of values, but you cannot open the contract.
