On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order
Unable to cancel the partially billed drop ship orders
System is not allowing to cancel the drop ship orders which were partially received and billed. Getting the following error messages

Shipment Quantity Billed[2] is greater than or equal to Quantity Received [2].
4.4 - Document #30081518, Line #8,Shipment #1 :
Shipment Quantity Billed[400] is greater than or equal to Quantity Received [400].
