R12: CE: ORA-00904: "PSON": Invalid Identifier When Searching for Available Statement Lines or Any Transactions (Doc ID 2636339.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 12.1.3. to 12.2 9 when searching for available statement lines details the following error occurs

ORA-00904: "PSON": invalid identifier


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Cash Management
2. Path: Bank Statements -> Bank Reconciliation
3. Query a bank statement
4. Select "Lines"
5. Line 1 is a Misc Receipt that is unreconcilied.
6. click 'Available" button
7. Change bullet from Batch to Detail. Select Statement Line and unselect Miscellaneous
8. Click "Find" and the error occurs.
