When Trying to return requisition without Return Entire Requisition checkbox, Receive the below error:

Steps to reproduce :
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using Purchasing Responsibility Buyer Work Center > Requisition
2. Select Requisition and Press Return without Return Entire Requisition checkbox
3. Enter Reason and Apply
4. Error is shown
